Who we are
Raymond Games is a trading name of HATHORSOFT LIMITED, the controller responsible for your personal information. Our registered company details are in the footer of this page.
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your email address, message and chosen enquiry topic, and your name if you choose to provide it. The email address and message are needed so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
We use this information to read and respond to enquiries and keep track of our correspondence. For general enquiries, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the studio. For handling data-protection rights requests, we rely on our legal obligations. We do not use enquiries to sign you up for marketing or make automated decisions about you.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website for this processing.
Cloudflare processes form submissions through a Pages Function. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse and rate limiting to restrict excessive requests. These services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser or device signals for security purposes.
Brevo sends your enquiry by email. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards it to our Google Workspace inbox, where we manage our correspondence. We do not add you to a Brevo marketing contact list. The website does not keep a separate database of messages, and our form handler does not log their content. Provider delivery and security logs may still be retained. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the final exchange, then delete it from our mailbox. Where correspondence is needed to meet a legal obligation or handle an ongoing dispute, we retain the relevant records for as long as necessary for that purpose, then delete them. Provider recovery and deletion periods are described below.
Brevo retains transactional delivery logs for one month, with automatic deletion processing taking up to a further 24 hours. Email previews are disabled for new messages. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards correspondence to our Google Workspace mailbox without storing email content. Cloudflare retains technical and security information according to the service concerned and its operational, security and legal needs; there is no single retention period for all Cloudflare data. Deleted Gmail messages normally remain in Trash for 30 days unless emptied sooner, followed by an administrator recovery period of up to 25 days. Once data is no longer recoverable by us, Google's processing terms allow up to 180 days to complete deletion from its systems, unless legally required to retain it. We do not use Google Vault or a separate email backup service.
International processing
Our providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Brevo states that its databases are hosted in the European Union; this does not mean all related processing is confined to the EU. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Their published transfer arrangements include the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered US transfers and contractual safeguards for other restricted transfers where applicable. You can contact privacy@raymondgames.dev for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or audience analytics. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection; the other pages do not load it. We do not enable Turnstile’s pre-clearance cookie feature. Security checks still process technical information about your browser and connection.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met.
